The Teddy files nr4.I had the wind in my face as I walked down towards the sandy landscape below. It messed up my hair and kept tugging at the hem of my dress. As I got closer, the vast ocean seemed to unravel before my very eyes. The sunset was not like I had imagined it to be, nothing like in the movies. No large blazing sun colouring the water and sky into some fairytale scene. It was quite the opposite. Like something far far away, in some remote location, was sucking up the world, removing all colouring, taking all light, the air and atmosphere itself, and leaving only water and this bluish place behind. My story, prologue Prologue.
Once upon a time, there was a princess, and she lived in a castle far far away beneath a rainbow. She was a beautiful girl and her parents loved her very much. One day when she was out picking flowers, an evil dragon came and took her away. Her parents, the king and queen were devastated and wanted their daughter back. Now, if this had been that sort of a story, the handsome prince would ride off on his white stallion, slay the dragon and rescue the princess, bringing her home. Memorable quotes from my prac.

"How old are you?" Half a second later, giving me no time to answer "You're 27, right?" (I'm 19...)

This one I've gotten several times during my prac. "WOW! You can talk Swedish!" (We live in Sweden, and my last name is ÅHLEN [which I have an enormous badge saying]... No, of course I can't talk Swedish...)

In an assessement. "Singular; Goose. Plural; Goosips" Um... No.

From Mr Kenyon, the principal; "If you feel like it, with the 8's you can bang your head against the wall until you get tired of the squichy sound, but with the 9's we have to find alternative ways to get them to reach their goals!"

After helping a tiny 6 with his English for an hour. "Will you be at English Support next week?
Me; "No, I'm sorry Mohammed, I will be back at the University then."
"Then I will not go to English Support!"
I love this kid. He is just adorable. And the look of his face after reading something correctly is just priceless. It's practically shining with pride. He has a really hard time to learn English, and I've been helping him a lot.

I'll miss them all (okey not all, but most of them anyway) when I go back next week. The English crew has been really nice to me.
